The Policy and Procedures Manual is based on HUD requirements on what should be included in an EIV Policy and Procedures manual.  We customize the manual for your property's needs.  For 90 days from the date of purchase we will make any necessary additions to the manual to meet the requirement of your contract administrator free of charge.
