EIV and EIV Security For ALL Users
This class is for everyone who utilizes EIV. During this 2-hour training you learn about EIV Security, reviews of each EIV report and what to do with the data on the reports. The class will also inform you about how often reports must be run to stay in compliance with HUD's mandates for both Multifamily and PHAs. We will also review how to handle Identity and Income Discrepancies and the steps to be taken to resolve each. Also reviewed will be MORs and Debt owed to PHAs.
